WORKSHOPS

I have been regularly teaching contemporary dance workshops and classes since 2020. 

If you join one of them you will get a highly physical and acrobatic class, focused mostly on floorwork technique, dynamically directing and placing the body in space, achieving aesthetics through functionality. My classes address expanding technical skills, space orientation, group work, and exploring organic ways to perform physical phrases and tasks. I used to call my classes "High in sweat and tears polish contemporary dance" but it scared people off, so I don't use it anymore, since my class is not that scary. People actually have fun.

Apart from technical classes, sometimes I share improvisation tools which I call "Nonsense Body" and use in creation processes.

Since 2024 I have been teaching inclusive professional classes as part of pik- program for inclusive art practice in Tanzbar Bremen, Germany.
